Typecase Industries is a tight-knit design firm thought up and executed by three close friends. Based out of Washington DC, TCI is the cumulative aspiration to be the bosses they’ve always wanted. Specializing in letterpress, they offer full-scale design services and letterpress printing services for creative, inspired, like-minded individuals.

Vendor Spotlight: Los Verracos!

If you haven't tried Los Verracos at the DC MEETMarket, nows your chance! Stop by their booth to try some of their mouth watering pork products and more! Los Verracos will be at the DC MEETMarket on Saturday, June 1st from 11am-5pm on the corner of 15th and P St NW.

Three friends of different ethnic decent (spanning from Thailand, Italy, and Puerto Rico) came together to form Los Verracos from a common idea. What started as whole pig roasts among friends and family is now a concept to make culturally authentic foods for the public that is not limited to just pork. With an affinity for making and serving pork products, Los Verracos offers a menu that will please any one's taste buds. The Los Verracos team creates some truly succulent culinary treats and you'll want to be sure to give them a taste, or four!

Vendor Spotlight: Old Town Suds!

Introducing one of our newest vendors to the DC MEETMarket, Old Town Suds! Old Town Suds provides eco-friendly soaps and cleaning products to eliminate unnecessary chemicals from everyday use. Pick up some of their eco-friendly products at the DC MEETMarket on Saturday, June 1st from 11am-5pm on the corner of 15th and P St NW.

Old Town Suds began in 2011 out of the need to remove unneeded chemicals from everyday use. Steffanie, our Sudsologist, began experimenting with ways she could cut back on chemicals in her condo after a major health concern. One of the best recommendations from those around her was to be more cautious with the items she was using in her environment. Until that point, Steffanie never really considered how a bar of soap could be bad for someone or how certain products that were designed to “kill germs” could do more harm than good. So the adventure of researching and making her eventual products began.

Vendor Spotlight: Fluffed Up Desserts!

We are happy to introduce one of our newest DC MEETMarket vendors, Fluffed Up Desserts! If you love marshmallows and need to satisfy that sweet tooth, be sure to stop by Fluffed Up Desserts booth. They have a ton of marshmallow flavors from beer to cookie dough as well as marshmallow treats such as dipped mallows, mallow macaroons, and even specialty s'mores. So treat yourself to something sweet on Saturday, June 1st at the DC MEETMarket from 11am-5pm at the corner of 15th and P St NW.

Fluffed Up Desserts is a gourmet marshmallow company specializing in developing desserts in the form of a marshmallow. Chief Fluffologist, Beth Mackenzie's mission is to develop one-bite desserts using the latest marshmallow technology. She's taken candy, pies, and ice cream and slimmed them down a bit to give you the full flavor experience without the full stomach! As a life long marshmallow lover and after years of favoring any dessert with marshmallows in them, Beth decided that the selection was too limited and decided to take marshmallows to the next level by making them all flavors of dessert.
